Her work has been published in several hair magazines both Nationally as well as Internationally. She received her New York Esthetic License in 2001. She also is a guest speaker at many beauty schools and gives back to the community.

Taneka Gillard, Younger Sister, Salon Owner, Nurse, Author and Teacher. Taneka’s work has been published in several hair magazines both Nationally as well as Internationally. She is known in Birmingham, Alabama for her work with the Special Needs Community as well as being a mentor for the younger generation. She is an educator in both the medical arena, teaching at a local community college, and as well in the hair care industry.
