Overview

Alien Concept is about the struggle of a people to break free from the bondage of an Earth dominated Interstellar Empire of many worlds and to reclaim their almost forgotten heritage of freedom. It is an homage of sorts to the type of Classic Science Fiction stories pioneered by the likes of E.E. "Doc" Smith and Robert Heinlein. It uses simple story lines describing believable characters set against the fabric of an entirely new universe created by the imagination of the author - a universe of Ancient Galactic Civilizations, evil aliens, kidnappings, rescues, mortal combat and ultimate salvation.

About the Author

RW Vanderweel earned a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a Professional Engineer. Bob worked for more than 40 years in the Electric Power industry dealing with the construction and modification of everything from Nuclear Power Plants to Hydroelectric facilities - retiring as the Manager of Generation Engineering for two major utilities. Bob lives on a small horse farm in Upstate New York with his wife Deb of 42 years and a house full of cats.
