This is an ex-pose of highly classified and dangerous Intelligence technologies, methodology and techniques as used in clandestine Black Operations by government agencies, quasi-government agencies and military organizations such as the NSA, CIA, FBI, MOSSAD, and MI6 amongst others, as well as corrupt covert terrorist agencies, for Intelligence and Counter-Intelligence purposes, through the use of Radio Frequency Directed Energy as a neurological weapon.
