Alarming News in Crypto World is a story to both entertain and explain Cryptocurrency. Our world will be using Cryptocurrency more readily, a new form of digital money, in about ten years. Quite possibly sooner. This story explores the Cryptocurrency world using family dynamics. In his due diligence, Franklin Perry, a journalist for The Atlantic Magazine, finds a trove of information and discovers that Cryptocurrency was initially invested in and then forgotten about by many people, including his parents and their friends. When he learns of his father's early investment in Cryptocurrency, he inherits his parent's Bitcoin investment and becomes an overnight millionaire. Good fortune changes his entire approach to life. Franklin contacts his father's best friend's family from the old neighborhood to see if they were on the Bitcoin path, as well.

Alarming News in Crypto World is a fun and engaging read into the world of cryptocurrency, written to help explain what cryptocurrency is from the beginner's perspective. It is a intriguing story full of twists and turns that will leave you wanting more! I hope there is a sequel!

Where does it come from? How does it change value? How can I spend it? How safe is it? Can it all disappear? The author tells a credible story, siting real people and part of their journey through the tangled financial world. I recommend this concise and informative book, which is sprinkled with humor.

This was an interesting story of a journalist, while writing a series about cryptocurrency, whose life takes new turn due his surprise windfall from his late father's Bitcoin investment.
I really liked how the cryptocurrency was explained in an understandable way throughout the story. I feel like I understand it much better now and know I would have to delve much deeper before investing.
The story is an easy read, I recommend it!
