About the Author

Seth B. Young, Ph.D., is an associate professor of aviation and interim director of the Center for Aviation Studies at The Ohio State University. He is the coauthor of Planning and Design of Airports, Fifth Edition.

Alexander T. Wells, Ed.D., is a consultant and adjunct professor in the College of Business at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He is the author of a number of leading aviation industry texts, including Commercial Aviation Safety, Second Edition and previous editions of Airport Planning and Management.
