Dr. Arti Gaur is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Business Administration, CDLU, Sirsa. Till now she is having more than ten years of teaching experience. Prior to CDLU, Sirsa she has worked with Department of Management Studies, JCD College of Engineering, Sirsa. She holds MFC from MDU Rohtak, Ph. D from CDLU Sirsa anddiploma in HRD from IICT, Lucknow. Her specialized area is Finance and Human Resource. She has obtained distinction of Gold Medallist for her bachelor and master degree.Dr. Arti Gaur is a respected teacher and her researches consist of an assortment of emerging areas of finance, general management and human resource. Her professional career outside of academia includes that she has published eighty articles in various national,international journals and in edited books. She has also remained vigorous participant in fifty five various national, international seminars, conferences and FDP's. She has delivered extension lectures on the most challenging topics of communication skills,personality development, leadership and motivation. She is not keeping her knowledge with in herself; through her ground breaking supervision she is regularly providing the direction to various levels of students like PhD, M. Phil and MBA.
