About the Author

Irshad Ullah-Khan studied at the Government College, Lahore, and won the coveted Rhodes Scholarship in 1963 and went to The Queen’s College, Oxford. At Oxford University, he became the first student in its history to have his first play “Rachel and Sapphira” performed at the Oxford Playhouse in the professional season. He has written four plays and twenty-eight volumes of poetry. His poems have been translated into Persian, Arabic, French, Russian, and Ukrainian languages.

His books are in the US Library of Congress in Washington DC, USA; and in the Rhodes House Library in Rhodes House at Oxford University, U.K. His books are also available at Barnes & Noble Online Bookstore.

Irshad Ullah-Khan, is an Advisory Professor of Tongji University, Shanghai; has served as a Member of the Dean’s Council, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, USA; and has served as Member Advisory Council, Center for the Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease, Harvard School of Public Health, Harvard University, USA. He has served as National Trustee, National Symphony Orchestra, USA and has served as Honorary International Financial Consultant to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
