After an unexpected diagnoses of ADHD in her 40s, Amanda Shore embarked on a quest to figure out how this condition had been missed her entire life. Amanda hesitates to call it a "book" as there is no real storyline with a clear beginning and a clear ending, yet she believes sharing her heart may help someone self discover and receive the help needed to navigate life as clearly and calmly as possible... well, as clearly and calmly as an ADHD'er can, anyway.
