Overview

What if the end of the world came because God decided not to allow procreation to continue? Furthermore, what if God decided to take the last baby born and have him walk backward in time, playing out the Old Testament in reverse order? And, best of all, what if we could go along on this journey with this reverse-roll Adam?

Enter The Book of Adam. After God communicates to all existing mankind—through a soft-spoken, internal mental whisper—that there will be no more pregnancies, a focus is put upon the final baby ever to be born on earth.

This allegorical speculative novel is designed to cause readers to have a more intimate relationship with the ancient stories of Scripture. However, it is also entertaining in that the character is out of sync with the people he encounters and must be adaptable, open, and creative. As his numerous adventures often put him in peril, his faith in God and his wits keep him moving along in his quest for discovery. A modern-day version of Pilgrim's Progress set in biblical times, The Book of Adam is entertaining, thought-provoking, and insightful.
