About the Author

Dr. Arti Chandani is presently working with Symbiosis institute of Management Studies, Pune as Associate Professor. She has more than 23 years of experience in teaching and research and has published more than 50 papers in journals. She is the guest editor for special issue of journal, International Journal of Public Sector Performance Management and International Journal of Business and Globalisation. She is also a member of editorial board of International Journal of Digital Accounting Research. She is also a reviewer of International Journal of Innovation Science, International Journal of Emerging Markets, Journal of Indian Business Research, Information Resource Management Journal to name some. She is the editor of the SIMS Annual International Research Conference: Unleashing the Research Journey, and is the conference convener of SIMSARC, since 2013, which is annual International research conference of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.

Brig (Dr.) Rajiv Divekar is the Director of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies for the last 12 years. Prior to this he was Head of Faculty Strategic and Operational Studies at Army War College and Faculty member in Defence Strategic Studies at Defence Services Staff College, Wellington. He obtained his PhD from Symbiosis International University. He has a large number of research publications in journals of national and international repute. He teaches strategy, human resource and leadership to MBA students and has been invited to deliver talks at various organisations and institutes, and also to deliver key note address in conferences.

Dr Jogendra Kumar Nayak is Associate Professor at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee. His area of research interests includes B2B marketing, pricing, and tourism marketing. He teaches marketing research, marketing management and B2B marketing to the students of MBA and B.Tech courses. In 2017, he was awarded ‘Expert Member of Standing Committee on Research Methodology’ by Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, also as a ‘Reviewer for the Executive Government Agency, Poland’ by National Science Centre. Dr. Nayak obtained his PhD from IIT Kharagpur in the field of marketing. He has undertaken major research projects funded by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and by IIT. He has published close to 40 research papers with reputed international journals. He is also co-author of an informative textbook on "Retail Management" (2016).
