Everyone believes in luck, we often hear people saying, everything is in Gods hands nothing can change our life but this is not true; we all have the power to change our life because we are the only architect of our own life. Everyone want to live happy, healthy and prosperous life but this does not happen due to some imbalances that we create ourselves in life. Everyone has to struggle in some pretext or to the other to live happy and peaceful life. A little understanding of the law of nature is required to bring changes because Law of balance is applied everywhere. Day, night, summer, autumn, winter, rain, etc., all maintain balance. Earth, fire, water, wood, and sky are the five elements of nature that have to be in balance likewise energies around us should be in balance if we want to live a peaceful life. This handbook is an effort to enhance and balance energies around us for prosperous living. As the coin has two sides likewise there is always two aspects in our life; negative and positive. But human being most likely is influenced by negative emotions and situations, if we broaden our understanding and create balance in our life we can attract happiness and abundance with small efforts. Heaven luck and Earth luck can be changed with small efforts by creating balance in our life.

CHAPTER 1

Enhance the Positivity

The Law of Attraction states, Like Attracts Like" - The people with high frequencies attract the same kind of energy, and create positive circumstances, and the people with low frequencies attract negative energy and create negative situations. That's why it is must to enhance positive energy around us.

A negative environment lowers the vibrations; we need to cleanse our environment regularly to enhance the flow of the energy of the place. If your house is messy and full of clutter it means you are inviting problems to your life. Then you need to clear a space, which means to remove negative or dark energies. If the following things happen to you it means you are encountering negative energies; suddenly your good mood changes into a bad mood, your body aches without any reason, stress and depression are taking toll on you, you can not sleep peacefully at night, you have unnecessary arguments with people, fearful and insecure thoughts, you do not feel comfortable in some places and with certain people. If you are surrounded by the cloud of negative energies you will attract wrong people, wrong situations, and wrong feelings.

Methods to Clear the Negativity

Clearing the clutter - Clutter is the biggest obstacle in your way to happiness. Remove clutter from your house (e.g. old clothes, old books, furniture, appliances that do not work, broken toys, old and torn rugs, and all the stuff which is no longer in use). These things block the energy. Do not store heavy objects in the room above the bedroom.

Rock salt or Himalayan salt -

Himalayan salt is the best negative ionizer. This is a pure form of salt and can be used in many ways. One can use in food and to clean the house as well. Himalayan salt benefits in weight loss, detoxify body and hormone balancing. It also improves the quality of air.

Salt lamps are the best choice for removing negativity. Excessive use of electronic devices such as cell phones, computers, televisions and microwaves, make people sick and cause allergies due to electromagnetic frequencies emitted from these electronics. Salt lamps are found in a variety of colors such as orange, yellow, red, pink, white, brown and purple and each color has a particular function.

Another way to use salt is in bath-tub to release negative energies from the body. Adding Himalayan salt to a bath creates a rejuvenating, detoxing, and relaxing at-home spa. It also helps to cleanse an aura. The salt water carries the electrical charge of the salt, along with the dissolved minerals. A salt bath helps draw out toxins, deep cleanses the skin, and helps cleanse the body energetically.

I personally use Himalayan salt ball in healing sessions that removes negativity from the body instantly and miraculously. Another method is to place a bowl filled with himalayan salt in each corner of the house. The bowls of salt should be left in an open space and not placed in a cupboard. It should be replaced regularly. Those people who are sick for a long time, they should use Himalayan salt in any form, they find comfortable and suitable.

Stopped Watches and Clocks - Time is the most precious thing in life. If you value your time, your time will value you. I mean to say if you have stopped clocks and watches in your home, either remove them or fix them by replacing batteries. Conversely, if a clock is running fast it can create chaos in your life. If your clock is behind the time, it means you are growing slow in every field. So your watch and clock should show the correct time. Stopped time impedes your progress. Clocks should be hung on walls at eye level - not too high.

Incense - Use of incense is another way of purifying the environment. In Chinese Taoist and Buddhist temples, the inner spaces are scented with thick coiled incense, that is either hung from the ceiling or on special stands. Worshipers at the temples light and burn sticks of incense in small or large bundles, they wave or raise above their heads while bowing to the statues or plaques of a deity or an ancestor. Individual sticks of incense are then vertically placed into individual censers located in front of the statues or plaques either singularly or in threes, depending on the status of the deity or the feelings of the individual. Incense is also used to raise energy and help the practitioner in achieving trance. Incenses are available in different fragrances.

Common Uses of Incenses

Lotus – Lotus is considered as a sacred flower in Hinduism. This incense increases mental clarity, focus, and concentration. Lotus is very good for meditation.

Lavender – It promotes spirituality and protects from the negativities. Those who are very sensitive to energies they should burn lavender against psychic attacks.

Musk – Musk is used to restore balance and for aphrodisiac, prosperity, courage. It also protects from evil eyes.

Myrrh – The scent of Myrrh is used to enhance feminine energy. Sun energy is also associated with this scent. It has the capability to enhance the energy of human being and environment as well. When myrrh is burnt one feels the connection with God. It is very powerful to remove negativities and black spell.

Vanilla – Vanilla is very common incense to invoke deities like Hermes or Thoth. It is also used to purify the air.

Rose – Rose improves the relationship with everyone as it is associated with love. It also helps to attract love in your life.

Sandalwood – Sandalwood is very good to purify an area, which can be used to remove financial blockages and to gain spiritual insight.

Patchouli – Patchouli comes from the mint family that has a very strong smell and can be used to gain happiness and prosperity.

Nag Champa – Champa is a flower which is considered as a sacred flower. It has same benefits as sandalwood which can be used to achieve calmness and meditative state.

Frankincense – Frankincense promotes calm and peace. It is commonly used to relieve stress and anxiety. However, it is also useful in ending conflicts and arguments, re-establishing a friendship that has ended due to conflicts, bringing peace and resolution to enemies. It also alleviates the tension of a tense situation because of its nature. Frankincense is often used as both a general incense for religious rituals and as an aid for meditation. Frankincense is also believed to have many healing properties, and these are related to relieving conflicts and stresses within one's body which lead to illness.

Jasmine – Jasmine is associated with love and beauty. This is where Jasmine starts to differentiate itself from Rose. Jasmine is more concerned with the mental and emotional connections, and although Jasmine can bring forth someone who is beautiful, this beauty is often an inner-beauty, a beauty of character, in other words someone who you would find beautiful. This also makes Jasmine a very good incense to promote friendship.

Smudging- Smudging is a powerful cleansing technique from the Native American tradition; however, the burning of herbs for emotional, psychic, and spiritual purification is a common practice among many religions, healings, and spiritual traditions. It is a ceremonial way to cleanse a person, place or an object of negative energies or influences. It is also an effective method for energizing or blessing a person, place or object.

Smudging can be useful when you are feeling depressed, angry, sick and low in energy. You can smudge your home or workspace to remove the negativities. Before you begin, open a window or door, place the herbs in an abalone shell or a clay bowl, and light them with a wooden match. Then gently blow out the flame, letting the material continue to smolder. Take that smoke and metaphorically wash your hands in the smoke, take some over your eyes, your ears, your heart, and your brain.

Smudging calls on the spirits of sacred plants to remove negative energies and restore balance. Plants such as tobacco, sage, cedar, sweetgrass, juniper, lavender, and copal are burned and the smoke is directed. Sage is directed to purify and drive out negative energy, sweetgrass to attract positive energy, beauty, and sweetness, cedar to ward off sickness, lavender to bring spiritual blessings. Many tribes consider tobacco to be the most sacred plant, chasing away bad or negative feelings and bringing on good and positive thoughts and to connect with people in the spiritual world. Native people used tobacco as a medicine, smoked in the evenings and not as a daily occurrence. Tobacco can become a poison when abused and treated without proper respect. Avoid smudging where people are allergic, infants and pregnant women.

Essential Oils - Essential oils are very useful to raise the vibrations of the person and the place as well. Essential oils can be used in different ways. It can be applied directly to the person and can be used in the diffuser.

CHAPTER 2

Healing Power of Colors

Colors play a major role in our life because colors are everywhere around us. Colors are not only a delight for the eyes and soul, if colors are used skillfully they have the power to heal every area of life. Colors affect us in our daily life and help us to lift our mood, balance the energies in and around. Color therapy can be used to help on a physical level, which is perhaps easier to quantify, however, there are deeper issues around colors on psychological and spiritual levels. Our wellbeing is not, of course, purely a physical issue. Fortunately, many more practitioners, both orthodox and complementary are now treating patients in a holistic manner. That is to say, we are a body, mind, and spirit and none of these areas function entirely alone; each has an effect upon the other. That's why Color Therapy can be so helpful. Colors address all levels of our wellbeing.

How colors affect us?

Colors can be introduced into a person through various methods, such as colored food, solarized water, liquids, and solids. Sunlight or artificial rays are also applied to the skin. Contrasting colored room decor, colored clothing, birthstones, crystals and gems can also be used in color therapy. Meditation with color visualization, colored lights and color breathing change the consciousness of an individual.

As babies, we first experience color in the womb where we are enveloped in a nurturing and comforting pink.

Then as a child, we associate with color as part of our first learning processes. These first associations contribute to our consciousness. As we get older we attach many different feelings, memories and meanings to certain colors and this can then become a feature in our subconscious. We can build up prejudices to colors which have happy, sad, or frightening connotations for us.

Color preferences can also be a helpful aid to finding possible problems and working with the appropriate color/colors to help to dispel negative feelings, free blocks and re-balance the body emotionally, spiritually and, in turn, physically. Color Therapy is a totally holistic and non-invasive therapy and should be a part of our everyday life, not just something we experience for an hour or two with a therapist. This wonderful planet contains all the beautiful colors of the rainbow for a reason. Nothing on this earth is here just by chance; everything in nature is here for a purpose. Color is no exception. All we need to do is heighten our awareness of the energy of color and how it can transform our lives. A professional therapist will help you to do this. The capacity for health and wellbeing is within us all. My method to work with colors for my clients is different, I ask their three favourite colors and suggest changes accordingly so that energies can be balanced of the person.

Properties of colors

Red -Red stimulates the sensory nerves, so it benefits the senses of smell, sight, hearing, taste and touch. Red is thermal, warming, yang and positive. It activates blood circulation, excites the cerebrospinal fluid and arouses the sympathetic nervous system. Haemoglobin is built with red rays, thus increases energy and raises the body temperature. As a muscle relaxant, red counters spasm, its irritant affects are excellent for therapeutic purposes. Red is the color of root chakra which can be used to heal and balance the root chakra. Red can be used in the activity area, passages, restaurants but not advised for bedrooms, offices, factories and stress area.
