Overview

The 18th-century West African Kingdom of Dahomey was a dark and foreboding place. In this cold and threatening environment, one periodically found bursts of light longing to burn bright and furious. But, as in every dark and foreboding place, there lurked an evil intently longing to pounce and extinguish each and every flicker. This wickedness lurks still today.

Feel the tension as Irawagbon and her descendants knowingly face this evil and ultimately decide for themselves whether to join it or resist it. Then look into their hearts and discern for yourself the quality of what you find.

Be a fly on the wall as Max learns to lead a small cadre of young women into, and through, some of the challenges of modern-day life. Listen as they discuss the challenges and uncertainties they share. Watch them as they knowingly, and at times unknowingly, alternate putting on and taking off their masks in their attempts to be honest with themselves and with others.

Walk with the Locksmith as she enters the dark and foreboding place of a medium-security prison to fan the flickering flames that are trying to come to life among her own cadre of Adults in Custody that call Malheur River Correctional Institute their home.

Join Jaker as he flies to Benin, West Africa to assist a pastor in his evangelistic efforts. Keep not only your eyes open for those he meets along the way, but your heart as well.

Feel, be, walk, and join for those living in darkness are desperate for great light!
