Overview

Second only to the experience of filing a claim in bankruptcy, preference exposure is the most common experience a creditor will encounter in bankruptcy. Updated to address the 2005 changes to the Bankruptcy Code, ABI's Preference Handbook by David B. Wheeler provides a streamlined guide to the "ins" and "outs" of preference claims and preference liability, and is written to appeal to lawyers and nonlawyers alike.
