Overview

It's been 700 years since The Peace Queen used her magic to stop all war in the world. Now, a new king of England has threatened that peace and the Warren family are deemed a threat to the country. With civil unrest breaking out, 16-year-old Rebecca and her sister are forced to flee to America to seek refuge. There, Rebecca faces the challenges of being the new girl at Capitol Street Academy, a private school funded by the Saturn Society who wants to hand over the sisters to the king. Rebecca has to fight bullies, teachers who are in the pockets of the Society, and the difficulties of magic.

Russell Parker is from Rockingham, North Carolina and raised by his two loving parents Terry Parker and Tammy Lampley. After graduating from Richmond Senior High School in 2015, Russell attended UNC Pembroke studying in Mass Communications-Broadcasting.
Russell never left Rockingham and works for The Richmond Observer as Executive Producer. In addition to writing, it has become a dream profession for him working in his community.
