About the Author

Enraptured by beauty, this can be a definition for many years of my life. When I was a child I dreamed to write about people and places I cherished and kept close to my heart. I dreamed to describe natural beauty reflected in my soul...and partly this dream came true. I wrote poems when I was a child then I started to write again in 2007, discovering Japanese poetry forms in 2010. Because once I was fond of grammar, dreaming to become also a translator in or from French or English and because I needed to share my poems with other readers or poets in the world I started to translate my poems mostly in English in 2010, to adapt their meaning to this language with my humble tools and skills.

Public achievements... only a few times was I really published, I needed to collect here a part of my writings hoping maybe someone will find something interesting in them.

My poems, haiku and haiga were published in three Romanian magazines, a Romanian haiku anthology, a haiga anthology and a poetry anthology in Romania. Recently I had a few haiga published in Daily Haiga and Notes from the Gean. My haiku also appeared in Ploc!, Asahi Shimbun, Sketchbook, the Romanian magazine Haiku, and Mainichi Daily News.
