Several villains have been stranded on a island somewhere in the South Pacific. They do receive some some supplies are pretty much left to themselves. What crime have this men and women committed to deserve such punishment? They discovered the secret identities of some of the Bayside City Heroines.
They have all accepted the fact they will never escape the island. One day a freighter ends on the reef surrounding the island. Almost all the castaways are genius villains. They able to salvage more than enough things to make their lives much better. The villains are somewhat contend until they stumble on to an old villain's lair. What they find, gives then to get revenge on the heroines who stranded them on the island.
