About the Author

Susan Wallace is Emeritus Professor of Education at Nottingham Trent University, where she has been responsible for a range of Further Education Teacher Education programmes. She previously worked for many years in Further Education and in a local authority advisory role for post-14 education.
Jonathan Gravells is a Management Consultant specialising in organisation development and change. He is a trained coach and mentor with many years experience of developing effective leaders and managers. He is co-author with Susan Wallace, of Mentoring in Further Education, and is currently involved in researching the effectiveness of mentoring for managers in small businesses.
