    Francisco Mejia Uribe is the author and creator of Philosophy Friends! He is a philosopher and economist from Cali, Colombia. In his spare time, he writes and illustrates philosophy books for his daughter Maya.

    He has degrees in philosophy and economics from the University of Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia and NYU in New York. He currently lives and works in Hong Kong.
