I know that I have a True Place in the Universe and I contemplate the life that I desire ... I contemplate my True Place.

CHAPTER 2
Today I Forgive Myself
Forgiveness
As we begin our journey we begin to realize that we need to forgive ourselves.
We also come to realize that in truth all that has happened to us served a purpose in the development of our soul.
This new belief allows us to move forward. The forgiving of ourselves gives us permission to believe we deserve and can have something more out of life.
We start to believe that God doesn't need to forgive us because there is nothing to forgive. All that has happened was necessary to bring us to where we are Today.

Today I Forgive Myself
Today I recognize the Truth. All that has happened to me in the past has brought me to where I am today, preparing my Soul for all that God has planned for me. There is no need to forgive anyone because all that has happened was necessary for my Souls development. Today I know this great truth which allows me to forgive myself for not knowing there was nothing to forgive.
Today I Forgive Myself
Today I forgive myself because I now know that there is only one consciousness and my relationships show me where my Soul is on this great adventure and there is no forgiveness needed because my relationships are reflections generated by my level of awareness of God at any moment in time and space.
I Forgive Myself because I now know there is only one consciousness in the entire Universe, God.....
Today I Forgive Myself
Today I forgive myself because I now know that everything is as is because the whole Universe is as is. A perfect reflection of who we are, a perfect reflection of God expressing as me.

Today I Forgive myself because I now know that God surrounds me with His Love and continually guides me on my path bringing new experiences to expand my consciousness through love, understanding, empathy and compassion.

I ask God to reveal to me anything that I have believed that was not true. I know I have been living my life subject to beliefs that are not true. I know this because of the sadness I feel. I let go of all illusions because I want to know the Truth ...

See Everything As If For The First Time.
"God, help me see all of the beauty that is in my world. Help me see everything as if for the first time ..."
Today I Will:
Love Myself Just As I Am.
"God, I know that You see me as I really am, a perfect reflection of You. I know as I grow in my understanding the reflection will become a more perfect reflection of You. But, I know You love me jut as I am. Help me love myself as You do ..."
Today I will:
Fill My Soul With God's Love.
"God, help me feel Your love which I know always surrounds me ..."
I Affirm:
Today I Am At Peace.
Today I am at Peace because I now forgive myself for all that has happened in the past. I pray that You help me live a better life so that I can make better decisions and be at peace always ...

Thank You God!
For revealing to me that there is in reality nothing to forgive because all that has happened has brought me to where I am today.
CHAPTER 3
Abundance
Abundance
We know that our lives can be everything that we have ever dreamed. But, the Universe can only bless us with that which we feel we deserve. So, we look at what abundance means to us. We open our minds to see what would make our lives perfect here on earth.
We name what we find "abundance". And, amazingly we start to believe that we are meant to have an abundant life and that this abundant life we see in our future is truly an amazing gift from God.
So, let's look at abundance together.

Abundance Grows and Bears Fruit
Affirm to Yourself:
Your word for good renders successful everything that you undertake. Expect success and you will find success. Your feeling of inner wealth will neutralize any suggestion of lack on the outside.
Know That:
God's abundance is your abundance. It flows through Mind into manifestation. Know that God gives you the necessary ideas and clothes them with all that is needed to bring them into form. Cease struggling with outside conditions and turn to the Infinite Source within.
Accept Your Good Now and Believe this Truth About Yourself:
The floodgates are now opened and good is poured forth into your experience. Think abundance. Speak Abundance. Dare to give freely and receive freely. You cannot out-give God.
I know This Truth About Myself
• I was born to succeed and prosper.
• I accept my good now.
• I am blessed and led by God to all that has been prepared for me!
I Declare with Assurance:
My every act produces abundance. I dare to give freely knowing that I cannot out give God. As I think abundance, I demonstrate abundance to the glory of God Who lives and expresses through me. My business is God's business and God's business is Good.
The Floodgates are Now Open and I am showered with an abundance of both known and unknown blessings ...
And so it is ...
The Truth About Me
• I was born to succeed and prosper.
• My very nature is abundance.
• I am made to succeed.
• I am made to prosper.
• I am made to live a fantastic wonderful life.
• This is the truth about me because it is the truth about God....
I Affirm:
I am abundance because God is abundance and I was made in His image and therefore this is the truth about me also!
I Now Know That I Am Truly Blessed
To God be all the glory for He brought me out of despair and into this place of lavish abundance. I can now see my future filled with Abundance ...
I Am Prepared To Receive!
I accept My Good now.
I Affirm With Feeling:
I am prepared to receive an abundance of blessings: now!
I Affirm With Feeling:
I am prepared to receive an abundance of opportunities: now!
I Affirm With Feeling:
I am prepared to receive an abundance of Love: now!
I Affirm With Feeling:
I am prepared to receive an abundance of Peace and Joy: now!
I Affirm With Feeling:
I am prepared to receive an abundance of money and all things Good: now!
I Affirm With Feeling:
I am prepared to receive an abundance of friends: now!
I Affirm With Feeling:
I am prepared to receive an abundance of fun and Laughter: now!
I Affirm With Feeling:
I am prepared to receive an abundance of creativity and adventure: now!
I Affirm With Feeling:
I am prepared to receive all that I have desired pressed down, shaken together and running over ...: now!
I Affirm With Feeling:
I am prepared to accept all that the Universe has prepared for me: now!
I See Abundance Everywhere
Today I am showered with abundance!
Today I intend to receive many fun opportunities to expand and grow in all aspects of my life. I will easily recognize beneficial ideas, resources and opportunities to allow great abundance into my life.
Today I Announce To The Entire Universe That:
I am prepared to have all of God's blessings rain down on me: now!
I See Abundance Everywhere
I see abundance everywhere. I am abundantly supplied with wonderful opportunities, for employment, money, love, beauty, peace and unlimited prosperity. I easily draw these opportunities to me in fun, simple, easy and enjoyable ways.
I am joyfully led to an abundant future!
I lead a charmed life.
I Now Know:
• There is no power in the Universe except God!
• With God nothing is impossible.
• God does not require time or space to accomplish anything.
• God is not limited by conditions or circumstances.
• God has infinite organizing power to accomplish that which it creates.
• This is true of God and is also true of me.....
Today I accept my Good!
The appointed time is now.
Today is a day of completion where miracle follows miracle and wonders never cease.
Today I accept my good.
I let go and let Spirit decide how my good will come about.
My only job is just to have Faith that my desire will come about in Divine Love and Divine Order, in other words my only job is to have Faith in God!
Today I Know:
God is the Source of My supply and I am grateful for all He has given me.
Thank You God For The Awareness That I Am Abundance!
I Am Abundance And So It Is, Amen
Thank You God!
For reveling to me that I am worthy of all that is good in the Universe.
CHAPTER 4
Peace
Peace
As our journey continues we begin to notice there is something very important missing from our lives. That something is peace ...
Let us now journey through peace and remember what it feels like to be at peace.
We will need guidance from the still small voice to go much further on our journey, and we will only hear it if we are at peace ...

Peace
I have found that which I thought I had lost. I have found my peace which is a Divine gift from God....
I Affirm:
I am at peace just where I am ...
I look to God to help this statement become True for me. I look to God to led me to Peace ...
Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for him. Psalms 37:7
Today I will let go and let God, Trusting and knowing that my highest good and that of my loved ones is already on its way.
In the immortal words of John Burroughs:
"Serene I fold my hands and wait,
Nor care for wind, nor tide, nor sea; I rave no more 'gainst time or fate,
For lo, my own shall come to me."
My Peace Comes From God
I know that as I keep my eye single, centered on the wholeness and perfection of the God Life, nothing but Good can come into my experience.
My only desire is to build a solid foundation of spiritual growth, grounded in Truth and Love.
I have planted good seeds in the soil of Mind and I Trust the Divine Law of Life to bring the harvest at the right and perfect time for me.
My Faith is in the Great Universe out of which that which is seen will appear.
My Trust is in God. I can afford to be patient. And, with my Trust firmly established in God, I am at Peace.
I Trust because I know that which is mine comes to me ...
I know that what is mine comes to me through the working of God in my life. Because I know this I am at Peace.
Commit thy way unto the Lord; Trust also in him, and he shall bring it to pass. Psalms 37:5
I look to God and God alone to guide me to that which will bring peace into my world.
I Am Profoundly Undisturbed
I believe in the Power of God in my life. There is no power in conditions. There is no power in personalities. I feel nothing done against me. Nothing can disturb me. Nothing in my past life has any power to hurt me. I am making my future by good thinking right now
All of my plans, all of my hopes, my friends and my family, I place in God's care.
I go about my duties with a serene sense of well-being, calm in the assurance that my life and affairs are in Good Hands. I live in the present and Trust in the future. I have no regrets.
I am at Peace because I place all my concerns in God's hands.
I Am Undisturbed, I Am At Peace.
I now accept a wonderful new life for myself, Trusting the Infinite Wisdom of God working in and through me to bring it into manifestation. I believe that everything in the Universe is working together for my good.
I am undisturbed. I am at Peace.
And so it is.
I pass through the door to my future ... under the guidance of God.
I now know that the only way to Peace is through God. I put my trust in God to lead me to Peace ...
Prayer For Peace of Mind
23rd Psalms
The Lord is my Shepherd. I shall not want ...
I am guided and protected by God in all things and my life is complete, I want for nothing.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters.
My nature is peace and God leads me to a realization of this great Truth and I am at peace.
He restoreth my Soul.
The Love of God surrounds me always and the awareness of this loving Presence restores my soul.
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
The guidance of God leads me in Truth and all I do is for the glory of God.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
As I walk with God I am unafraid and I stand undisturbed by appearances that have no basis in Truth and pass away. My Faith is in God and this Truth comforts me.
