Stephanie grew up in a small, coastal town in Maine. She attended Cornell University in Ithaca, NY for undergraduate studies and majored in Nutritional Sciences. She went on to become a Registered Dietitian at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. After a few wonderful years in the South, she returned to New England to become a Physician Assistant, completing her training at Yale University Medical School, Physician Assistant Program.

In her free time, she has many projects...such as writing this story for you!

This story has its roots in Steph's childhood. She is the youngest of her siblings and was the first to be sent to bed on a nightly basis. She watched some incredible blizzards in Maine and knows the power of a winter storm. And, she also has a wild imagination that can catapult her into special worlds, just like you!
