About the Author

Mr. Starks is a Vietnam era veteran and after his discharge he attended college for a short period of time until he realized his passion was becoming a DJ. Through trial and error, he perfected his journalistic technique and soon gained the reputation as being a “Pit Bull” as he refused to take “no comment” for an answer.
Jan gained international recognition with his political insight and commentary during his program “Upfront and Outspoken.” Retiring in 2015 he has devoted his spare time to writing (his books range from works of fiction, political commentary and fact finding) and living quietly with his wife in Oklahoma.
