Overview

A wannabe writer, who has never published anything in his life, finds himself on trial for murder. He had been planning the perfect murder for a book he was wanting to write. Of course, when a death occurs that almost exactly mimics his plan, he becomes the prime suspect!

When the story begins, we find our main characters, Christian Vanderbosch and his wife Kathryn, in the middle of a heated argument. Christian's desire to be a writer has been putting a strain on their relationship for several years now and Kathryn has almost reached her breaking point.

Love, death, alcohol, anger, and money all find a place in Christian's life. While Christian is trying to write a book and get control of his marriage, Kathryn decides that she can't take it any more, and Christian's life is turned upside down. Shortly thereafter, a well-meaning friend proceeds to point the finger at Christian, who is then placed on trial for murder.

You will both laugh and cry as the characters in this book come to life right before your very eyes! Why did Christian's best friend betray him? Did Christian do it? Will he be found guilty? These and many other questions will be asked and answered for you as you read, The Perfect Murder!

About the Author

About The Author

Mark Davis was diagnosed with dyslexia near the end of his first grade year. He was unable to read and write as well as the other kids in his class. It would have been best had the school kept him back in first grade but they decided not to. This was the beginning of a lifelong challenge for him. Till this day, Mark still has challenges due to the dyslexia and his other health issues but he refuses to let them stand in his way.

Mark lives in the foothills of the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. He has a dedicated wife and one daughter. He loves animals and has a pet cat named Marty.

Mark is a very diverse person and enjoys writing, music, computer programming, art, and graphic design, along with many other forms of creativity and entertainment.

If you ask him about God, he will tell you that his beliefs about God have changed a lot over the last few years. He will tell you that he believes God is love. If he could sum up what he has found is the best way to be happy, It would be not to judge but to love one another, and to allow each and every day bring with it it's own form of happiness, whatever that may be.
