Harley and his little brother, Jax, goes to live with a foster family after their parents are no longer able to take care of them. Although adjusting to his new life is difficult at first, Harley learns to work with his feelings at preschool. There he meets new friends and his teacher, Miss Rachel, who tells him that he was just who she needed to make her class complete. His foster parents grow to nurture and love him as their own.
