Ashraf Kotb is a senior Information Manager with over 21 years of experience in scaling digital businesses and implementing transformation multi-million IT solutions for large enterprises, including many years of experience with large technology multinationals such as Microsoft and Hitachi.

During his 21 years of experience, he has acted as a technical lead and delivery manager to deliver key digital projects and service improvement programs leading to double digit business growth.

In addition to his considerable face-to-face customer experience, he also holds a B.Sc degree in Science, an MBA (IT Management), an M.Sc in IT Management, and an M.Sc in Engineering Management degree from the University of Leicester, UK. He is also a PhD candidate with the same university.
