CHAPTER 1
Tammy Petruccelli Evidential Medium
Most stories of psychics and mediums begin with them recalling seeing "people" at the end of their beds as children. Recalling invisible playmates and seeing grandparents that passed decades before they were born. Most people in midlife get plastic surgery makeovers, fancy cars and plan for retirement. Not this medium, she was Awakened!
In November 2012, I attended the Philadelphia Mind Body Spirit Festival and had a few readings. One in particular was with a "channeler" named Roberto, a handsome Argentinian with a heavy accent and a very gentle demeanor. He started by telling me that my guides were telling him "it is your time", and I looked at him and said for what? Well, they said it's time for you to get serious, me again -about what? Well, you are going to be doing what I am doing. And my first thought was, okay, I just wasted 45 dollars. We continued the reading and I really didn't give it much thought. I mean, I wasn't psychic; I had a couple of dreams come true, and had some good instincts but nothing that would stand out. The next day he stopped me and said, I have more messages for you; we are going to be working together. I thought really? That will go over well with my husband!
In January I thought it would be fun to have a reading party. I sent an email to a different psychic I had a reading with that weekend, but didn't hear back. I contacted Roberto, he was available and everyone loved their readings.
I had been doing reiki for six years and decided it was time to get serious about it. My youngest had gone off to college and I was in need of something to do. After an intense hypnotherapy session, I had a complete light bulb moment and realized that it was time for me. I told my husband that I was going to sell the living room furniture and office furniture as I was opening a healing center from the front of our home. He asked if we could not sell the furniture in case this "little venture of mine" didn't go over so well. Within two weeks I had a Business license, website, business cards, healing room and Pike Creek Reiki & Healing Arts Ctr was born.
I was so excited when on the first day I got my first call for a reiki session. And a few more appointments came in. Roberto was one of the first outside professionals that I brought in for classes. He would come and run guided meditations or do an evening of readings. I credit Roberto with helping me get the weekly guided meditations going. Another outside professional that I invited to work in my new healing center was Deanna. Friends that I knew held a meeting for a group cruise with a local medium Deanna Fitzpatrick. I invited Deanna to do a gallery spirit session at my center and we sold all seats immediately. Lucky for me, she had a cancellation that I was able to schedule another gallery reading and again, sold out. At the end of the night, she said to me, well you are a medium, um. ... no I'm not I responded and she gave me a funny look. I took my first mediumship classes with Deanna and she encouraged me to take more classes and to explore platform mediumship, speaking in front of groups to give readings.
A couple months later, I was in the middle of a reiki session and I kept seeing pictures of two Asian little girls. My client was a white Jewish woman. The pictures in my head wouldn't go away, so I finally asked if she had two daughters and were they Chinese. She said, they're Korean how did you know. Had a client come in and I said to her, I am so sorry you lost your dog! She told me all about this special dog, how it was a visiting comfort animal and that she had two dogs now but she cannot get over loosing that particular dog. It had been five years and she still carried around two "dog eared" photos of this one. A few weeks later, while working on another new client, I "knew" she had lost a child and kept hearing in my head son – son - son. She said she had lost a daughter and a grandson six months apart. I began to cry, believe me it was the ugly cry, and blurted, "they are together and happy".
And so it began. In the beginning, I cried A LOT! I was told I needed to raise my vibrational level so that spirit could blend easier with mine. I would just feel spirit's love connection in my heart. It felt like a child who just lost his favorite pet or loosing your first love kind of heart hurt. While doing daily reiki and adding meditation to my life I believe I was raising my vibrational level and finally quiet enough to actually hear spirit and guides as they communicated with me.
CHAPTER 2Hoyt Robinette
A client told me about a medium that blindfolds himself and then contacts your spirits while holding billets. But before he gets started, he has pens and ink and paints layered into a tightly woven lidded basket with plain index cards that spirit actually paints pictures. His name was Hoyt Robinette, a medium that lives in a spiritual community in Indiana, and he was coming to the Baltimore area, about an hour plus away. Two cars of us drove down together to check out this amazing medium. When you arrive, you fill out a small piece of paper with the names of loved ones that you would like to connect with and questions for spirit. I wrote down the names and simply asked, answer from my guides. While my question was in my head, Is this really all happening to me? When it was my turn, he said "your guides want you to know that they have been with you on this journey and you are going to be very successful". I was crying! I got a beautiful card with two Alaskan Eskimos portrait. My friend Ana got a lovely card with three cherubs, as she was told her spirit guides appear as cherubs. And spirit kept coming and coming through clear as day.
Fast-forward six months after getting that card, and Ana and I went to Roberto's for a get together of likeminded people. He wanted to introduce all of us to each other. When Ana and I arrived, there was already one woman there. She came up to us and introduced herself as Simone, a medium, originally from Italy. She looked at me and said, you have two guides with you, a man and woman, I can't see the man too well, he is behind your left shoulder. She begins to describe them, I pull out a photo of my spirit card from six months earlier and she says, yes, that is them, but they are dressed differently now. Simone then turns to Ana and says "and you have three cherubs over your head". We both thought we would faint right there and then. Amazing to have confirmation from two different people so far from each other. Within a year I was on the radio, thanks to my client, friend and first Psychic Sister Ana and began booking readings. Ana was doing a local radio spot every few months with a friend of hers. The partner moved away and she needed a new partner and asked me. I hadn't even told many people about what was going on let alone go on a radio program and do live readings. I thought about it and said to myself, well, the worst that can happen is I freeze up and Ana does all the readings. It went really well and here I am over three years later still doing the show, "The Saturday Morning Hot Spot with Frank "on WDEL Wilmington. After that I was out of the closet! Started booking practice readings for six weeks, took a few classes to hone the professional side and here we are. I look back at that original reading and laugh about how spirit knows when we don't. Roberto became my first mentor and good friend.
CHAPTER 3Angels
Angels – The first time I was aware that there was an actual angel presence happened when I was teaching a reiki I student. We were practicing on a "client" and when showing her how to pull energy from the feet, I noticed something different. Usually, when "pulling" energy what I see is streams of gentle, very subtle, white transparent light. This time as I was pulling out and up to release it to the universe, the energy changed from subtle transparent streams to iridescent scallops, like the lace on a dress. Chills ran through me. I said to my student, do you see that? And she did so I knew I wasn't imagining it. My clairsentience kicked in and I knew that it was HER angel, the one sent to help her in her healing work. This student felt a connection to Angels that I did not.
My Angel Helper – Once during a reiki share, when reiki practitioners get together and work on each other, it was my turn. So I lie down ready to enjoy a healing. When I felt a presence in the room. I said someone is here, then I felt a hand on my right shoulder. I was overwhelmed with emotion, began crying and said to everyone that I felt the most wonderful feeling of unconditional love, it was amazing. One by one the other practitioners came and stood by my right shoulder to feel the energy that was coming through. The first practitioner said that it felt as though there was an arm right next to his. Then I felt hands on both shoulders and I knew that a healing presence was there for me. This was not long after I had surgery to remove a malignant tumor from my breast.
My New Guide- A very gifted psychic energy worker from Colorado, named Barbara Reynolds works out of my studio when she comes to Delaware. Barbara does what is called Activations, helping you release what no longer serves you and downloading what does. Her activations are amazing. One of my activations, had me quite rattled, I "knew" someone was with us, Barbara said "who is it", in a tone of voice that let me know she knew who it was. I covered my face, I said, I am not worthy to even say her name, this went on for a few minutes then Barbara said something so profound. She said, if they come to work with you, you do your guides a disservice by not acknowledging them. They find you worthy and chose to work with you, do not dishonor them by not accepting what they offer. I whispered through the tears streaming down my face, it's the Blessed Mother. I couldn't believe that the blessed mother was choosing to work with me, to be my new guide. I still don't feel worthy.
My Angel reveals his name – On another Barbara Reynolds activation, I felt a presence in the room. I asked for a name and heard Ariel, or Urial. Clear as day, my healing angel told me who they were. I couldn't wait to purchase a book on Angels. I had taken a healing Angels class way back in 2007, but didn't keep up with it. Now was the time.
CHAPTER 4Angels Among Us
Buz's Angels – So I have a client, now also a student, named Buz. Buz can be a little intimidating when you first meet him. A big guy, bald, covered in tattoos, many of them a little scary looking, long beard, big gages in his ears. But he really is a big teddy bear, sweetheart of a guy. Buz came to me when he was under a lot of stress due to some personal issues he was experiencing. But he was looking for something different, a different way to handle the stress. He didn't want to take medication or sit for hours in a therapist's office talking. Buz and I had been working together for a few months and one day he says that he is interested in past life regression. So I gave him the numbers of a couple of associates I know that do past life regressions. One of those associates calls me and tells me, "I was meditating on Buz and he needs to begin to paint angels." Ok, I'll pass that along. See, Buz is a tattoo artist and most of his work is in skulls, zombies and what you might consider darker work. So Buz says okay, then one day he shows up at a Mind Body Spirit Fest I was holding at my center. He brings me the most beautiful painting of an angel. She is holding a crystal and a lotus flower, it's an amazing piece of work. He gives it to me and says this is his first one and that he is using this as therapy. His emotions and love are filled in this painting. People went crazy over it and soon others started asking for their own angel painting. He does them one at a time and as therapy.
Well, Buz comes about once a month for a treatment, and one day, as I sat behind his head beginning to work, I SAW in my minds eye, eight angels come in and flank him four on each side. Then a ninth hovered above him. I also saw swirls of gold and white around the angle floating above him. I asked, who are you and was told Gabriel. Then he said, we've come because he asked.
I couldn't believe what my eyes and head were telling me. They were there and weren't moving. Finally, I got up and moved to the right side of his body and said to the angels I have to do my work, I can't just sit behind his head. When I took my position I felt as though I was inside another person or another person was inside of me. Two bodies melded together, almost like wearing a sumo suit or something. I said Buz, dude, this is a very different session today. He said, I know I can FEEL the energy. Then I told him you have nine angels around you. They told me they came because you asked. He started to tear up and said I have been praying for a week for angelic intervention to help me. The treatment was so amazing, the energy was flowing so much. When I got to the other side of his body, they all stepped back in unison and said, you've got this, we'll hold sacred space. They are holding sacred space for me to work. I had never in my life felt so honored, well, except when the Blessed Mother came to pay me a visit!!
Buz and the Crystals – Buz and I have a special connection for some reason. He has had different visions and experiences when he gets reiki treatments that don't happen to most of my other clientele. Once I was being told to start putting crystals on his chest. I use crystals but never had made a grid before. But I was being instructed to make a grid. I just kept turning around and grabbing stones from my altar and from the crystal display. I was being led on how to arrange them. Afterwards I told him I needed to take a picture of this and send it to him. I don't know why I was told to do this. It had never happened before. Sometimes I will grab a stone or two to use during a treatment but not build a grid. Buz and I have most likely shared a spiritual and magical path in a past life together. I am sure of it.
Laurie and Annabelle and Archangel Michael July 17, 2015
Laurie is a regular client and from the beginning had a strong spiritual connection to those who had crossed over. She came today for a normal reiki appointment for pain. Prior to beginning our session, we talked about a few spiritual things and I immediately began to feel spiritual energy enter my body from the left, impact energy on my heart and give her a few messages. That she had a guardian angel named Annabelle and she also had guidance from Archangel Michael.
I should mention prior to her arrival I went in to prepare the treatment room and felt that I needed to use a different music background, I chose Heaven and Earth CD.
Laurie directed a little prayer asking for guidance before we began and I immediately began to feel out of balance and light headed.
As soon as we began her reiki treatment, spiritual energy started to bring messages.
Annabelle said that she had been with her always and that they had a strong connection when Laurie was a child. Annabelle is more fun and playful.
Then Archangel Michael came in to bring messages. Many messages throughout the hour. Laurie has spent many lifetimes in servitude to others and in many lives this did not serve her body well which is why she has physical pain issues now.
Laurie was also told that she works too hard as do most humans in this time and that our lifestyles are too stressful physically and emotionally.
She needs to learn to love herself truly love herself and rid herself of the need to be of such strong service to others. This is one reason that she have never had children, she would have been of so much service to her children that she would have been physically drained and filled with even more pain by saving nothing for herself.
She is with her fiancé now to help him grow in a spiritual way but that they are to walk the path together. She is here to show him how to do it not to do it for him.
It was strongly stressed that she must learn to separate love from service as a way of love.
Laurie is very spiritually gifted and should prepare herself to be more aware of it. That she is just as, if not more, gifted as I am, but has not been quiet enough or into herself (intuition) enough to be more aware of spirit.
That there are six angels around her and want to work with her. That she needs to prepare to be of service to them not to the humankind that she will help.
Laurie must leave the left-brain functions alone when working with spirit. They do not want her to rely on astrology or numerology, tarot or anything else but listening to them.
She received a message from her mother and her astrologist, that she is special, and a visit from a passed dog. The dog was also special and therapeutic.
I was blessed to receive a message from Archangel Michael for myself too. He said it is time to record my meditation so that it may be shared with many more people. That I am doing meditation the right way to help others and that it must be recorded because I need to be able to help more people than those I can reach in my small space.
