A memoir of everyday stuff
This is the story about what I have experienced as a person who has a bi-polar. This book has over 100 pictures of places i have traveled to and visited like museums, churches, malls, cafes, shops, and etc. It shares my thoughts, feelings, and memories during the years before my first and second psychotic episodes, the time when I was a little crazy, and afterwards when I recovered with the help of medication, family, and friends. My name is Rex Malik. Everything in this story is as true as possible. I live by the east coast near Washington D.C., in the United States.
I started working on this book when I was in San Francisco, California. It's been updated every three to six months. It was available online at AOL Journals since 2005. However, last year they shut down, and now it is available for on- demand publishing. I found a self-publishing company this year. I had to edit it several times before it could be released to the public. Once it was done I felt much better. I tried writing some of this before, but it did not come out right. What worked for me is telling the story just the way I remember it and in the way I would tell it to you. The few people I know who have read it have been giving me good reaction from it. I hope you enjoy it.
