My real name is LaBarbara Brown, Elbee Getwright is my pen name which comes from my initials LB but I pronounce it el-bee. I also make organic handmade soap in my spare time, outside of writing. I am a volunteer of NAMI, and I am a Certified Peer Support Specialist for North Carolina. I have two wonderful children Rico and Racada, but as they would called themselves at this time Baby Suave and Shego. Got to love these two. I have a sister Shawn Michelle , who is my best friend and has been their for me so many times, I cannot count. I have two wonderful nephews, Jamaal and Brandon, and my mother Barbara. I love places with beautiful blue waters, especially Clearwater Florida! Also I don't eat land animals, only meat I eat is different kinds of fish, maybe shrimp sometimes. I do eat all kinds of fruits, vegetables, potatoes, rice, pasta. I don't drink cow milk either, and I am working on giving up eggs!!
