About the Author

Debra is the author of twenty-nine contemporary romance novels for Harlequin's Superromance line. She's earned numerous awards, including Romantic Times BookClub's Series Storyteller of the Year in 2006. Her work is often called edgy, intense and deeply emotional. Animals have played key roles in many of her books but this is the first story she's written exclusively in "parrot' point of view.
