About the Author

Lisa Thiesing is an award-winning author/illustrator of more than forty books. She grew up in New York City, has a BFA from the Parsons School of Design, and earned her early childhood teaching degree from Bank Street College. She lives in the Mid Hudson Valley with her husband, and their dog.
