About the Author

Steve Beecham is a speaker and author specializing in helping companies and individuals grow their businesses by leveraging professional and social connections more effectively. Steve has authored three books that drive home the messages in his seminars and corporate presentations. Bass-Ackwards Business: The Power of Helping Without Hustling, is about building deeper relationships and painting better pictures for the people in your village so when they think about your industry, they think of you first. His second book, What’s Your Buzz?, is about understanding what is being said about you and your business, and how to use it to your advantage. In his most recent book, The Tapes We Play in Our Head, Steve helps readers identify negative self-talk and turn it into positive and inspiring messages.

Mark Bradley is a CEO and business coach in the real-estate industry. He has spent twenty-two years selling homes to his clients and being awarded as a top producer in the Atlanta area. In 2009, he received his broker’s license and started coaching and training agents throughout the area. His philosophy is to provide clients with service that exceed their expectations. He slowly grows into a servant leadership role at whatever organization he is associated with.
Having owned and operated three different business ventures, he came to realize we are all in the people business. While the first venture didn't work out as planned, it taught him several lessons about how you treat people. If you get to know them on a personal level, you will succeed in your business. And it’s not just about business, it’s about having a personal relationship with someone you honestly care about.
