Overview

This story is a revamped version of A Desperate Journey. It is the autobiography of my life, the mistakes I made and believe me they were numerous. I travelled down many paths, going from prostitution to cheque fraud and ending up a drug dealer. I found that everybody is vulnerable and it did not matter what walks of life a person was in they are acceptable to anything. Most of my clients had started with marijuana but moved on to cocaine. This story tells of the addiction and downfall of many people. The names of the people were all changed as I never meant anyone any harm or embarassment to their families. People died from overdoses, turned to criminal activites to pay for their habit. Rich people went broke. It is heartbreaking to see the rise and fall of people you associated. I had dealers that wanted to put a hit on me and went to the head of the Hells Angels to get approval to do so. I delt with the bikers and had the safety net of the law. When I stopped dealing for the bikers, I had to pay a tax, and no longer had their protection. I found that I had money but no happiness. The people you associated with would sell you out for a dime. This kind of life is no life. I hope people will not judge me too harshly and will forgive me for my actions and crimes throughout my life.

About the Author

I was born to a mother who didn't want me, and throughout my life I wanted to be loved and accepted. I never really found any love but I found how to live a life of crime, believe me I found it all. My life went from finding love, losing love, prostitution, cheque fraud, and then I thought I'd found the life I had wanting. A good job, a family and then when my daughter suddenly was taken by a car crash, my life shattered. The death of a loved one can tear the family apart and that is exactly what happened to mine. I moved on with my life and found myself dealing marijuana and eventually cocaine. It was a prosperous life style but it was certainly not without a paranoid existence.
