About the Author

Republican Pete V. Domenici has been in the United States Senate representing the state of New Mexico since 1972, and is one of its most influential members. He has been called Congress's chief apostle for nuclear power. Dr. Julian J. Steyn is co-founder and principal of the Washington D.C. consulting firm, Energy Resources International, Inc. Blythe J.
