I loved the concept behind this book, and I gave it to my sister to show her 7 year old (he's quite bright) and he gobbled it right up! The way it is worded is very engaging for younger readers, with a great rhythm and brief sections of text to accompany the pictures and charts. Clearly laid out and easy to grasp the tricks. Great job! Would love to see more books out there like this.

"9X Fun..." by Sharon Clark is exactly what the title implies - it is learning about how to multiply the 9's, and it is FUN! So cute and easy to follow along. And I have to give big props to the illustrator Roberto Gonzalez for those wonderful drawings! That is the cutest mouse I've ever seen and my son loved the cheerful colors. Helped to keep his attention and he liked reading the rhymes out loud. He might be too young to grasp the math concept (he's 5) but it's never too early! Recommend!
