The first story sees Janet and Ken get involved with Diane and Fred while on holiday. Returning home they decide to pursue the swinging lifestyle they've been introduced to, only to discover their neighbours Pamela and Joe have beaten them to it.
(2) Mandy and Ron gave up swinging 30 years ago when their swap partners, Tracey and Bill moved out of town. Then Mandy meets Tracey in a supermarket and old passions are reignited.
(3) Eleanor and Arthur had been swingers before he died. Now remarried to divorced Max she decides to introduce him to the lifestyle and they arrange a swapping session with Nanette and Fred where the petite woman confesses her secret fantasy and Eleanor help her fulfil it.
(4) Audrey's been widowed so best friends, Mildred and Jim decide to take care of her to save her from loneliness. They know she's missing a sex life now Terry's gone, so they decide to reignite the swinging lifestyle they'd once enjoyed. That leads to a lesbian session between the widow and her friend, but when Mildred suggests including Jim into the equation, Audrey's nervous as Jim is black and she's heard all about black men's dimensions.
(5) Claire's divorced and obviously far too old for Tom, the young man next door, but he agrees to come over and help her with her computer. He brings his pretty young wife, Cathy, and as secrets are revealed the relationship develops into a ménage.
