About the Author

Ben Chandler is a native of Georgia, became a Christian and was called to preach while serving in the United States Air Force. He earned his BS from Troy University, a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate of Ministry from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Chandler served Southern Baptist churches in Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Ohio, and Florida for 28 years as pastor. He now serves as a Director of Missions in Alabama. He enjoys preaching and teaching people the Bible.

He is married to Patricia Harrell Chandler of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. They have two married children. His hobby is gardening and loves to spend time with his family.
