Lilia Shirman is a technology industry executive and advisor. She is the founder and CEO of The Shirman Group, a consulting firm that helps technology innovators define go-to-market strategies that increase customer relevance and grow revenue. Lilia is also a Managing Director at Golden Seeds, a nation-wide investor network delivering above market returns through the empowerment of women entrepreneurs. Lilia’s career has included such diverse roles as strategic, solutions, and product marketing, business development and alliance management, manufacturing operations, and supply chain management.
