This book is a tool written by a POWER-COUPLE to help other married couples obtain marital bliss. We pray that in their marriage they merge as one. A marriage license is the only license you can receive without taking an exam. Besides being of age, there is no governmental assessment that one has to take to be married. Certainly, there are biblical rules and wisdom we could adapt, but it isn't mandated anywhere.
