Goals are the first step towards planning for the future and play a fundamental role in developing skills in various facets of life, from work to relationships and everything in between. This Goal Setting Planner Agenda will be a tool for you to use to achieve your goals. Remember to choose your goals wisely. Also, your goals should be positive. For example, focus on things you can achieve rather than those you want to drop.
Your goals should be SMART oriented.
S is for Specific: try to set days, time, and what you need to achieve your goal.
M is for Measurable: you should be able to have a measurement of your goal. This will let you know when you have achieved it.
A is for Achievable: If you choose a goal that you know that it can't be achievable, you have set yourself up for failure. Choose goals that are out of reach but can be attainable.
R is for Relevant: Think about the things that would really make a difference to your life in the shorter term.
T is for Time Specific: Set a time by which you would like to achieve your goals. Over time, you will set different times for the goals you choose, short, medium, and long-term goals. However, initially, you should seek to set no more than three short terms.
