About the Author

Victor has lived overseas for 16 years, speaks Spanish fluently and has traveled extensively. Victor has an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan. Most recently he worked for the US Treasury department advising foreign governments on debt and risk management. He is married to Diane and has three children and three grandchildren. After a career traveling the globe, he now resides in Leander, Texas in the Hill Country northwest of Austin.
