2 a New Dawn is half fiction, half autobiography. It tells the story of a boy on the verge of becoming a man. In order to do so, though, he must overcome the obstacles in his way. Instead of being physical, though, he must overcome his inner demons. With chance encounters into the lives of others who are also battling their inner demons, the boy travels throughout New York City on the verge of mental collapse.
It begins with the decision to contact the father he never knew and ends with him coming face to face with the demon who always held him back from attaining his dreams: himself. The boy must not only the battle harsh winter of a New York City day, but deal with the problems he's facing alone. But does he? Do these chance encounters mean anything to him, personally? Do they speak to him in ways he never imagined before? Could he already be helping himself without even knowing it? This tale brings you through what can only be described as a journal through personal hell and back.
