Fact 1: There is a type of lizard that squirts blood from its eyes onto an attacker!

The regal horned lizard of North America has a funny way of defending itself. It will stop the blood from flowing out of its head.
The pressure builds up until it breaks the blood vessels in their eyes. This will squirt blood out of their eyes. They can squirt blood three-and-a-half feet (1.1 meters) or more!
