Fred Dungan is a service-connected disabled U.S. Army veteran who cannot stand or walk. 1,000 Year Reich is his ninth published manuscript. He lives in Arlington Village, Riverside, California, with his two beagles, Kylo and Captain Jenny. He began writing while recuperating from his wounds in a Veterans Administration Hospital and becoming involved in a veterans writing project.
