Jazmin Kayla received her bachelor’s degree from Utah State University in Landscape Design and Construction with a minor in Horticulture. Jazmin is a registered yoga teacher and is passionate about the positive effects of yoga practice, especially for mental health. Her hope is to help spread awareness in healthy coping methods for anyone experiencing trauma through mindfulness and yoga practice. Jazmin enjoys gardening, painting, cooking, staying active outdoors and spending time with her beloved family and friends.
