Brandon Terrell loves telling spooky stories and making movies. Writing Drake Bacula was a fun chance to combine both of those passions.

Brandon graduated from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design with a degree in filmmaking. He has worked on television commercials and films for nearly ten years. However, he has never worked with a real vampire before—not that he knows of, anyway! He has also written other children’s books and a series of comic books.

Brandon lives in St. Paul, Minnesota, with his wife Jennifer and their son Alex.
