Overview

This story begins with the adventure of a 16-year old farm boy named Chilsung (Seven Star) and is set in 19th century Korea. Due to an early frost, all crops failed except peanuts. In order to get foods, his family had to exchange peanuts for other staples such as rice or wheat. But everywhere they turned, they got slammed. The only option left was doing illegal trade to China. And, the smugglers his family had contacted? They were plotting an uprising against the government. Chilsung not only escaped from this danger but also managed to solicit the patronage of an upper class gentleman named Park Myungha. With his assistance, Chilsung became an official tradesman that is a part of the Korean Embassy to China. One thing led to another and Chilsung was kidnapped by Chinese underground freedom fighters. Park Myungha and his friend infiltrated the headquarter of insurgents to rescue Chilsung but also ended up being captured. All three were brought to the Big Dipper's Worshipping Place at the Chinese Emperor's Temple Garden. Once there, Chilsung had to solve a riddle, in order to save the lives of himself and his friends!
