Introduction to the MBE and MEE is a textbook used in US law school courses that introduce students to the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) before graduation. It provides outlines of the substantive law and examples in selected topics within eight of the seventeen UBE subjects that are covered in those courses, along with prior MEE questions, answers, and analyses licensed from the National Conference of Bar Examiners
The goal of such courses (and this text) is not to comprehensively cover every subject and subtopic tested on the UBE, but to target areas covered in class, refresh students' understanding of certain subtopics they learned previously in law school, and introduce them to certain subtopics they may have never covered, so that they can learn to apply their legal knowledge in the ways in which they will be tested on the UBE and have a clearer understanding of the challenges they will face preparing for the UBE after graduation.
Coverage includes subtopics within Contracts, Criminal Law, Decedents' Estates, Evidence, Real Property, Secured Transactions, Torts, and Trusts.
