It is the mid nineteen-eighties, Santa Claus is coming to C Mart for a "Christmas in July" sale; but so is the district manager coming to inspect, and this has store manager Don McKeever worried. Because the store is a mess, and there is a mountain of merchandise in the stockroom that needs to be on the sales floor. So he puts his three untrained new hires right to work, and what they experience in this comedy will be deeply appreciated by anyone who has ever worked or shopped in a big-box discount store.
