ANN DÁVILA CARDINAL es una escritora puertorriqueña y autora de Category Five, Breakup from Hell, The Storyteller’s Death, We Need No Wings y, el finalista del Premio Bram Stoker, Five Midnights. Claudia Romo Edelman is the Founder of the We Are All Human Foundation. Claudia has worked for 25 years with internationally recognized institutions including the United Nations, UNICEF, the Global Fund and the World Economic Forum. She has a track record in launching global campaigns, and she’s a master of agenda setting. She has been in the driver’s seat of some of the most successful global campaigns in the last decade including: the launch of the SDG’s, Product (RED), the creation of the SDG Lions and rebranding of the UN Refugee Agency.
Ann Dávila Cardinal is a novelist and director of student recruitment for Vermont College of Fine Arts (VCFA) where she earned her MFA in Writing. She also helped create VCFA’s winter writing residency in Puerto Rico. She comes from a long line of Puerto Rican writers, including poets Virgilio and José Antonio Dávila, and her cousin, award-winning fiction writer Tere Dávila. Ann lives north of Stowe, Vermont with her husband Doug and son Carlos, and likes to spend her free time cycling, doing fiber arts, and preparing for the zombie apocalypse. Five Midnights (Tor Teen) was her first solo novel.

Amparo Ortiz was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and currently lives on the island’s northeastern coast. BLAZEWRATH GAMES is her debut novel. Her short story comic, “What Remains in The Dark,” appears in the Eisner Award-winning anthology PUERTO RICO STRONG, and SAVING CHUPIE is her middle grade graphic novel. She holds an M.A. in English and a B.A. in Psychology from the UPR’s Río Piedras campus. When she’s not teaching ESL to her college students, she’s streaming Kpop music videos, vlogging for her eponymous YouTube channel, and writing about Latinx characters in worlds both contemporary and fantastical.

Amparo Ortiz nació en San Juan, Puerto Rico, y actualmente vive en la costa noreste de la isla. Es la autora de BLAZEWRATH GAMES y “What Remains In The Dark,” cuento que aparece en la antología ganadora de un premio Eisner, PUERTO RICO STRONG. Posee un M.A. en Inglés y un B.A. en Psicología de la Universidad de Puerto Rico, recinto de Río Piedras. Cuando no está enseñando ESL a sus estudiantes universitarios, está escribiendo sobre personajes Latinx en mundos tanto contemporáneos como fantásticos.
