Currently a Temple University student in Philadelphia.
Mai loves to explore her hometown, the historic capital city of Vietnam. What a better way is writing a book about the restaurants scattered around the city? So began her journey to sample, as the French say, the crème de la crème of Hanoi cuisine.

She researched and visited notable restaurants in the span of 2 years and compiled them in a handy e-book guide with over 100 restaurants of various kinds, reviews and prices.
