Christian Martin is a seasoned grant professional with more than 20 years of experience identifying, winning, managing, and monitoring grant awards. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Economics and Business Management, Christian began a career in public service for State of Texas Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches. While Christian’s career has ‘book ends’ of public service, he departed public service for 7 years to lead his own Grant Crisis Consulting business for non-profits from Savannah, Georgia to the Kenai peninsula in Alaska. During this grant adventure, Christian also assumed the role of full-time Grant Manager with a well establish public health non-profit in West, Chicago. This unique blend of experience as both Grantor and Grantee has enabled Christian to compile his grant experience into this concise “how-to” guide. Christian is proud to offer this book to non-profits and grant managers everywhere.
